A small, well-located, and impeccably clean and understated (some might say
unexciting) hotel, the Emperador Plaza has excellent service and is a
reliable, quiet choice just a block from the main square. The good-size
rooms have wall-to-wall carpeting and fluffy, flowered bedspreads. The rooms
with balconies are best. The green-and-white tile bathrooms are surprisingly
large. A rooftop terrace, which could be fixed up better, has nice views. |
